(The Fountain Hills Times, Arizona)
The article reports on statements made by Luis Elizondo.
The Pentagon has said that the Advanced Aerospace (or Aviation) Threat Identification Program (AATIP) programme ran from 2007 to 2012. This is false, Elizondo says. He and other people at the Department of Defense continued the work. The DoD continued to fund (reappointed money) the programme, according to the article.
Elizondo, an intelligence official, ran the U.S. Department of Defense UFO programme, the Advanced Aerospace (or Aviation) Threat Identification Program. He is now the Director of Global Security & Special Programs for the To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science.
