Roswell Crash Still Offering New Hints 70 Years on;

2017 Roswell Incident Lecture

” The following segment is from Roswell New Mexico’s, Roswell Daily Record newspaper article pertaining to mine and my sister’s lecture at the 2017 Roswell Incident Lecture.”

Some may believe, since the Roswell crash occurred 70 years ago, that there is nothing left to uncover. But for Chuck Zukowski and Debbie Ziegelmeyer, they are still investigating the infamous Roswell incident.

Zukowski and Ziegelmeyer, siblings and field investigators, kicked off the second day of the Daily Record event, “The Roswell Incident,” Saturday with their presentation “A Behind the Scenes Investigation of the Roswell Incident.”

In their presentation, Zukowski and Ziegelmeyer recalled their various investigations on the Roswell crash spanning over a decade, as well as interviews with key eyewitnesses, including Mac Brazel’s granddaughter and Jesse Marcel Jr.
In the early 2000’s, the dynamic duo participated in archeological dig sites in an attempt to discover new evidence on the crash.

A piece of evidence they found, for example, was a horse bridle artifact. Zukowski added military officials would have gone to the crash site on horseback.
They also found a piece of metal that, they said, was not native to the Roswell area, but can still be found on Earth.

Zukowski has been involved with different categories of research and field investigations since the early ’80s, including UFOs, alien sightings, ghost investigations, Bigfoot and animal mutilations. He was featured in “The 37th Parallel,” a New York Times best-selling book written by Ben Mezrich. The book, which was released on Sept. 6, 2016, has been optioned for a movie. It is rumored that Robert Downey Jr. is interested in portraying Zukowski.

Ziegelmeyer was also featured in “The 37th Parallel.” She has many titles, including the Missouri Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) State Director, Director of the MUFON Dive Team, MUFON Star Team Investigator and MUFON Business Board of Directors. She has investigated over 1,000 UFO sighting reports, including over 700 MUFON cases and became a 1947 Roswell crash investigator in 2001.

Last year, while Zukowski and Ziegelmeyer visited Roswell while running a follow-up investigation, they both had a personal experience with a possible UFO.

On July 3, 2016, they drove in Zukowski’s truck to stargaze outside of Roswell. Zukowski saw a single bright flash of light in the sky. Thinking the flash was a meteorite, he ignored the flash and decided to show his sister his new front light bar he installed on his truck, which was activated by a remote control.
He turned on the strobe setting for the lights and, to their left in the clear sky, two very bright flashes of light appeared.

Shocked, he turned on the strobe lights again and the flashes of light soon followed. They did this numerous times and the flashes followed.
They could not think of a plausible explanation for the lights, as the sky was completely clear and they couldn’t see anything in the sky besides the stars and the Milky Way.

Roswell, It Happens Here!

The Roswell Daily Record Newspaper ran the following article I wrote to help promote the “2017 Roswell Daily Record’s Roswell Incident” festival June 30th, thru July 2nd. My sister Debbie Ziegelmeyer and I will be speaking Saturday, July 1st at 9:00am, kicking off a great day of speakers.

The July 1947 event just outside of Roswell is probably the most important UFO related event in American history. First, very unusual looking debris was found near Corona, and then the military was informed, and then there was a press release, and then a retraction. If it was today, the retraction would have said, “Our bad, what our experts at Walker Army Air Field thought was a UFO, was just a dumb old weather balloon.” Talk about “Fake News! Actually it wasn’t the press that “Faked” the news, it was our military. Once they realized what they had in their possession, including the small bodies they found, it’s been 70 years of denial from them. Well, there’s no denying what the rancher saw, and there’s no denying what Jesse Marcel Jr. saw, and there’s no denying there’s a lot more to Roswell than what happened in 1947.

I’m a UFO/Paranormal Field Investigator, and I’ve been researching and investigating the 1947 Roswell incident for over 30 years. When my children were quite young, my wife Tammy and I would pile them into our motor home, and go on vacation. No matter where we went, I always figured out a route which included Roswell as one of the stops. Back in the day, there were three UFO related museums in Roswell I used to visit. I talked to people and researched material, while my wife and children waited patiently in the RV watching TV. Sometimes we would camp near Roswell, and other times I would have a four to six hour window, then it was back in the RV, driving to our next destination. Sure it was a lot of work, but it paid off, I got to meet Glenn Dennis and Walter Haut. I spent time with them listening and learning about what happened back in ’47. Then in the late 1990’s, my sister Debbie Ziegelmeyer, who is a UFO Field Investigator out of Missouri, joined my obsession with Roswell to combine forces to step-up the investigation. Tag-teaming at the International UFO Museum and Research Center, we acquired GPS coordinates to the debris site from Glenn Dennis. Now we were cooking!

With combined forces, Debbie and I started investigating the debris site. Well one thing led to another, and we landed an opportunity to do a sanctioned archeology dig in 2002 for the Syfy Channel’s documentary, “The Roswell Crash: Startling New Evidence” hosted by Bryant Gumble. Then in 2006 we were asked back again by Syfy to do another dig, this time for their show, “Syfy Investigates: The Roswell Incident.” All pretty exciting except for one thing, we found something back in 2002 on the first dig. A little triangular piece of metal reminiscent to what Jesse Marcel Jr. saw back in 1947. Here’s how we found it.

Back in the 2002 dig, it was mine and my sister’s opinion, that we were wasting way-too-much time, and digging way- too-deep, looking for artifacts from 1947. Out in the summer desert for five days, and digging holes over 100 centimeters, or 3 feet deep, volunteers started leaving. At one time, they started to revolt against the people in charge, and one of them I had to tackle before he yanked one of the head honchos out of the camera helicopter. By the way, I never got a thank you from that head honcho. Yeah I’m not revealing any names because that’s not important, what’s important was what happened afterwards. Debbie and I convinced the lead archeologist, my good friend now, Dr. Bill Doleman, to let us run our own dig for a day. It was that last dig that found the little triangular piece. We dug 1 by 3 meter strip digs only digging 8 to 10 centimeters in depth, in an area where erosion could have moved material over the years since 1947.

Debbie and I will talk about that little artifact along with what we learned at this year’s, “Roswell Daily Record’s, Roswell Incident” festival. But wait there’s more! In 2007 while lecturing at the Roswell Civic Center we were approached by Roswell resident, Robert Ridge. He showed us a very unusual rock with a crop circle design on it, which he found just outside the city. We took it upon ourselves to spend a year trying to find the origins of this rock, and debunk its very existence. With no luck debunking the rock and realizing Robert had a very significant artifact in his possession, in 2008 right in Roswell’s Civic Center, we ran a press release, christening the rock, “The Roswell Rock”. But wait, there’s even more.

Just last year in 2016, my sister and I were lecturing for the Roswell Cosmicon, and on July 3rd, late Sunday night, we decided to drive out to the area where the Roswell Rock was found. It was at that location we had our own UFO experience, and we’ll share what we saw and what we learned at our lecture in July.

So if you think the only unusual event in Roswell happened in 1947, then you’re sadly mistaken, because Roswell is still a hot spot and is being watched. The 100 dollar question is; who’s watching and why? C-ya at Roswell!

Roswell Light Communication – 07/03/16

Experienced UFO Investigators usually don’t have their own personal UFO experiences, because we’re usually investigating other people’s sightings. But… from time to time it happens, and we see something we can’t explain, and so is the tale I’m about to tell you.

The July 4th weekend my sister Debbie Ziegelmeyer and I were attending the Roswell, New Mexico Festival with UFOnut team members, Matt Morgan and Trina Bivans. Besides hosting two panels, one on Saturday the 2nd and one on Sunday the 3rd, our other goals were to revisit the famed debris site, and revisit another site we’re currently investigating; but something always happens when my sister and I are together, and that’s why we make such a great team.

After visiting the debris site on Friday, and running a brand new (ghost/alien) investigation near Walker Base Saturday night, the team had to do a quick  follow-up of Saturday night’s  investigation, Sunday morning. After that, Matt and Trina had to book it back to Colorado early Sunday afternoon, which left Debbie and I to run Sunday’s panel that afternoon, and now left Sunday night wide open. What to do?

Well when Debbie and I get together we become quite adventurous, and decided to go out Sunday night to an area near where the Roswell Rock was found years before, and do a little sky watching. Armed with our water and gear packed in my new RAM 1500 Rebel, we set off for some night sky looking.

Generally when we do this, we usually watch the stars, run experiments with our equipment, and enjoy the beautiful New Mexico dark nights. This particular night was a New Moon night and about a class 2 on the Bortle scale with the Milky Way brightly stretching across the night sky, like a band of glittering silver metal shavings.

The following is mine and Debbie’s investigative report, well mostly Debbie’s because she’s really good at writing reports.

Roswell UFO location

9:15pm:

  • Debbie had tried to focus her mini cam on the surrounding area when we first arrived, but because there was no moon, there wasn’t enough light for the camera.
  • I was sitting on the tailgate of my truck and noticed a single bright flash of light to the NW about 50 degrees off from the horizon. At first I thought it was an Iridium Flare, but upon closer examination, I could see no satellite appearing afterwards, so immediately I assumed it was a meteorite flash. In Colorado, especially in the San Luis Valley where the sky is dark, some meteorites shoot into the atmosphere directly in front of you, and this results in a flash, with no tail attached.

Just after experiencing the flash, Debbie and I moved to the front of the pick-up near the right front fender, and started to star gaze towards the West. There was no moon, so the sky was completely dark with the Milky Way clearly visible overhead but slightly to our left front vision.  After just a few minutes I said to Debbie, “Hey I have to show you my new lights.”

I had customized a front light bar on my truck and installed 4 very bright dual LED spot lights. The lights are activated with a remote control, so in case I’m away from the truck and need some quick lighting, I can use the remote. I took the remote and turned on the LED floods. The first sequence was a simple on and off, but I remembered this remote has a strobe function.

9:30pm: [ Begin dialogue: ]

Chuck:  “Hey Debbie, watch me strobe my LED flood lights. It’s cool!”

The strobe flashed, [4 flashes, pause, then one flash]. We never expected what would happen next.

Two very bright flashes of light appeared just to the left of us, high in the night sky.

Chuck:  “Hey Debbie, did you see that, the two bright flashes in the sky?”

Debbie:  “Uh…. Yea…”

We both laughed thinking it was just coincidence, then Debbie said,” Flash it again!” So I did.

We got an instant response, Flash, Flash, coming from the very spot we saw the first two flashes.

Obviously we weren’t prepared for this, our night vision cameras weren’t running, they were still loaded in the back of the truck, because we were just screwing around with my new flood lights.

Chuck:  “I can’t believe I’m seeing this!”

I looked over towards Debbie in shock, thinking, “Is this really happening?” We’ve investigated these types of events before, but never experienced them first hand. Debbie and I paused for a couple of seconds gathering our wits, while searching the night sky in the area of the flashes looking for the source.

Chuck:  “It must be a plane with thin layers of clouds moving in front of it”.

Debbie:  “There’s no clouds up there, that’s the Milky Way”.

Chuck:  “There’s got to be an explanation.”

Debbie:  “Chuck…. (snicker) Flash the spot lights again.”

Putting my finger on the remote, I strobed the flood lights again. Same strobe sequence as the first two times, 4 flashes, pause, and then one flash.

We got a third response…

Two sequential flashes, identically mimicking the first two times, in the exact location in the dark sky and just as bright.

There was complete silence between me and Debbie, not word was said while we strained our eyes in the location of the flashes, expecting the unexpected.

I ran back to my truck and unpacked my night vision binoculars and focused them on the location of the flashes. Nothing, just stars, a lot of them. I tried a few more times flashing my flood lights, while Debbie focused my night vision binoculars on the area, looking for anything, an airplane, helicopter, anything, but nothing was seen, and no more flashes occurred. It appears, “three sequential flashes” is the magical number for this event.

Debbie checked the star charts from her iPad App to best determine what area the flashes came from, and it was near (Altair), then she noted the time, (9:30pm).

10:30 pm:

We stayed in the exact area watching the night sky, to see if anything would show up, but nothing did.

All of a sudden the cows in a field across the road from us began to excessively moo and coyotes began to howl. I trained my night vision binoculars in the direction of the commotion, but saw nothing. It was too dark, and too far off in the distance for my Night Owl binoculars to see anything. After a couple of minutes scouring the area of the moos and howls, the batteries operating the IR light for the binoculars died. While I was working on the binoculars, the dash lights in my truck suddenly turned on. This was the first time that happened all night. Debbie and I were a few feet away from the truck, and generally the dash lights come on only when someone touches one of the door handles.

Not jumping to conclusions, but binocular battery drain can be explained; cow and coyotes yelling can be explained, but my dash lights turning on by themselves? Maybe, but all three happening at once? Maybe, but then again, maybe not?

10:45pm. (1 and 1/2 hrs. after the first flash of light was seen near my tailgate.)

The next few minutes we were assessing the current situation, when a dark pick-up truck passed us heading towards Roswell. It traveled down the road from where we were parked about a 1/4 mile, then suddenly stopped and backed up.

I thought for minute, “Well this guy wants to ask us something”, so as he backed up, I slowly pulled my .380 from my pocket, and held it hidden in my right hand. The truck backed up to a second entrance to the county road we were parked on, then turned and travelled about a 1/8 of a mile down the dirt road then stopped.

Was the occupant a rancher who was spying on us? We were clearly parked on a county road, and not on private property, but then again a black truck with two people standing beside it in the middle of the night could be suspicious. Well I watched the truck for a few minutes with my night vision binoculars, but it was too far off to see if any occupants had gotten out. I could make out the outline of the truck, but saw no movement.

Were we a little jumpy after our sighting? Was this truck nothing more than a rancher checking a fence at night, or maybe a couple of kids? Either way the truck did purposely stop, back up, then blacked-out down a dirt road from us. hmmm

Well, we decided it was best to head back to Roswell and call it an evening, while watching our back.

Additional Information:

Debbie pulled multiple types of sky chart data including from, “Heaven’s Above”, looking to see if any satellites were in the area of the light flashes at that particular time. There weren’t.

General location of the three sequential (two bright flashes) was in the area near Altair. Altair has a visible light magnitude of 0.77, what we saw had a visible magnitude compared to Venus, at a magnitude of -4. A crescent moon has a magnitude of -6, so what Debbie and I saw was pretty bright.

Paranormal Highway of America (Part 1); The Unexplained Files episode.

ET Highway

For over 25 years I’ve been reading and researching reports of UFO sightings, alien abductions, cattle mutilations, and other strange phenomenon happening across the US. Some I’ve been able to investigate, others only read about, but I was always looking for a pattern. Our galaxy, solar system, and planet also follows certain distinct patterns, so it’s safe to speculate strange phenomenons may follow patterns too! After personally investigating cattle mutilations, UFO sightings, and even alien abduction cases here in Colorado, I started to see patterns within my own investigations. After extensive research on other web sites that record many different UFO type sightings and combining it with my own investigations, I did indeed noticed a pattern. On September 15, 2011, I posted a Press Release on my, “37 Degree Latitude Theory”.

(Link) http://www.ufonut.com/archives/3455

My Theory in 2011:
Researched based on my investigations and other sightings reported seem to show a linear pattern. When looking across the US on the 37 degree latitude line, I started to see very interesting things.

Updated Theory due to further research and updated Map:

Paranormal_Freeway_final

The 37 Degree latitude theory was a starting point to try and understand why most cattle mutilations in Colorado occur in a particular location. In 2011 I had contacted my sister Debbie Ziegelmeyer who is an investigator in Missouri, and had started looking at cattle mutes there. We saw there were not only cases of animal mutes but also UFO sightings close to the 37 degree latitude.

Since then looking at other anomalies across the USA, I noticed that 37 degree latitude appeared to be the center of the Highway with left and right lanes converging into 36 and 38 degrees, thus creating a Paranormal Highway. After continuous discussion with my sister on my underground base theory, Debbie suggested to look at caves and their general locations. The thought pattern here is, yes absolutely we have underground bases, but to take advantage of an already existing Mother Nature’s cave system would accomplish this:

  1. Ease of drilling time utilizing caves in the area.
  2. Insure base structure integrity due to millions of years of cave stabilization.
  3. Free water source due to underground streams and reservoirs.
  4. Unlimited access to other locations due to cave veins stretching out.

I noticed a few caves existed in Colorado within the 37/38 degree latitude area then noticed caves were also located within that area in Missouri which is abundant with caves. When I searched further I saw Kentucky’s Mammoth cave park is located within the 37 degree latitude also.

My 37 Degree Latitude theory matured into more of a Paranormal Highway which encompasses underground bases, military structures, caves, some sacred Native American sites, UFO crashes and other very interesting sites like Fort Knox, Area 51, and a little higher up the 38 degree latitude, the Pentagon.

Is this all related and what questions needed to be asked about specific areas?

– Is there an alien/human underground base at Dulce, New Mexico?
– Why are so many proposed UFO bases occur on this highway? Because of the caves?
– Was the Taos New Mexico humming sound underground drilling?
– Are very shallow earthquakes experienced on this latitude caused by Fracking, or drilling underground bases?
– Are the massive cave structures along this route used as underground passage ways?
– Why are some locations within this highway sacred to our Native Americans?
– Why is Fort Knox and the Pentagon located on this Highway? Are those sites also taking advantage of underground tunneling due to the use of existing caves?
–  Are Extraterrestrials taking advantage of our underground caverns and using them for their bases with entry locations across the USA?

Is there only one Paranormal Highway? Let me explain..

Just like major auto highways traversing across the US like Interstate 70 or even old Highway 66, there are multiple Paranormal Highways too! But just like our auto highways, there’s certain ones that are the most traveled. I beleive my Paranormal Highway centered on the 37 degree latitude, would be considered the most traveled out of all the other Paranormal Highways, Freeways, Turnpikes, or Interstates.

Here are some interesting areas across the USA which fall within a 36/37/38 degree latitude, “The Paranormal Highway”:

– The Pentagon, Arlington, Virgina, 38.871523,-77.055963 (Underground tunnels fact!)
– Fort Knox, Kentucky, 37.909534,-85.946045 (Underground tunnels fact!)

Brian Ladd Dream Predictions; Psychic or Scam Artist?

Brian Ladd’s website claims he’s known as the worlds most accurate psychic with over 2,500 documented predictions, 149 correct lottery predictions and 976 missing person cases since 2005. Evidently he has dream predictions then records them in sketch format and posts the results on his website. I’ve never heard of Brian Ladd until January 22nd, when a good friend of mine David Wisbey notified me about one of his latest predictions. This particular prediction, case number 5423 happened on January 20th and involved my sister Debbie Ziegelmeyer. Debbie is not only part of the UFOnut team, but she’s MUFON’s State Director of Investigations for Missouri and is also on MUFON’s Board of Directors. When I found out Brian Ladd had a dream prediction that might involve my sister’s safety, I needed to learn more and went to his website. The following was listed under January Predictions.

June 14th 2014 – June 12th 2015 almost kills her, FBI holds Debbie Ziegelmeyer with no charges, 219 3 years, no one knows where she is.

The following is his dream sketch of the prediction.

dream_prediction_number_5423_january_20_2014_2_dreams_brian_ladd(picture taken from his website)

When I contacted my sister the morning of the 23rd, she had already heard about his prediction, and because of the seriousness of his claims, we immediately started looking into “Brian Ladd”. The more we looked, the more we realized this guy may not be who he claims to be, or maybe not as good as he claims to be.

This is what we had to start with:

The less than appealing sketch of my sister (on a very bad day) could be of any person named Debbie Ziegelmeyer. The name Debbie Ziegelmeyer shows up on the upper right hand side of the picture. The interesting thing is the date, 1/21/14 on the lower left hand corner, that’s Debbie’s birthday which she just celebrated. The more we looked at the sketch some very simple things popped out.

First, it appears the date [1/21/14] was added at a different time frame from the sketch due to the contour of the lines and the obvious line width structure.

Second, the date June 14th, 2014 compared to the date June 12th, 2017 shows differences in not only in the way the numerical “2″ is drawn between them, but also with the letter “n”. Was the drawing altered?

Third, the picture is obviously cropped on the right side. What’s not being shown there, or do you have to pay to be able to see it?

Fourth, there’s other subtle differences between numerical characters used throughout the sketch that don’t match up.

Either way, there’s no guarantee this prediction was associated with my sister, until we did some digging and it got real suspicious real quick.

[ Wed, Jan22, 2014 at 1138 PM]
My sister received an email from a lady saying that Debbie’s name and image came up in one of Brian Ladd’s dreams for 2014. She went on saying she doesn’t know anything about UFOs but alluded to other things pertaining to Nazi’s experiments and  government agencies spying on us. Anyway, at the end of her email it appears she had forwarded the prediction of Debbie to her present email from another email address which was: orders@briansdreams.com This forward email was time stamped [Wednesday, January 22, 2014 5:52 PM] with the Subject: Last nights dreams.

First, how did this lady get Debbie’s email address? And why did she automatically assume she had the correct Debbie especially if she’s not into UFOs? Notice the difference between the two dates, one abbreviated and one not? They came from two different email servers. Was one purposely forwarded from the website looking for money? The “From” section was clearly “orders@briansdreams.com”, but the “To” was left blank. Why was the “To” left blank, or was someone’s name purposely removed before it was forwarded?

This may be just pure and complete coincidence, or is it?

When both Debbie and I went to Brian Ladd’s website to further our research, we quickly saw that after a couple of times of poking around, an alert message popped up asking for us to register not allowing anymore research without paying. His website remembers your IP address and stops you from researching his predictions even if you try a different browser. Not only that, but even his free trial registration forces you into purchasing a magazine subscription or other listed goodies. This is clearly a money-making venture through his website in-comparison to psychic reading companies over the phone. And let’s not forget he predicts a Debbie Ziegelmeyer will be abducted by the FBI, almost killed, and kept against her will for 3 years. Would a professional psychic just put this out on their website, or are they doing it for “attention” with the “intention” of making money?

Here’s another thing, the FBI holding someone against their will without a warrant, without contacting family, without filing charges, then after three years just letting them go? The Fourth, Sixth, and Eighth Amendment violated by the FBI? Really? Not likely, the FBI is not a secret covert government entity, they have offices in every major city. Well the FBI was not amused by Brian’s predictions. Yep they were called, and here’s why.

Debbie and I have crossed paths numerous times with individuals within our government either in person or by phone. We’re always honest and release any information they need. You see we’re not in the business of working against the US government, we are in the business of running investigations and releasing the information to the public, for FREE. If we ever step over the line and are asked to back up, we will, because we won’t do anything which could jeopardize the lives of citizens or our soldiers in this country. So it would be implausible for the FBI to illegally grab Debbie because we always cooperate and will in the future.

The theory behind Brian Ladd’s prediction of Debbie appears to play out like this:

Make a threatening prediction involving someone with high credentials within a very popular UFO organization MUFON. Contact that person through a third-party, so they’re well aware of the danger they are in. Maybe pick a female because they think they are more vulnerable. Bet on the threatened person contacting numerous individuals within the UFO community frightened for their life, thus causing a storm of concerned people going to a website to learn more. The website thus profits from the concerned individuals through forcing its readers to pay a fee. This appears to be a scam, nothing more, nothing less, just an adolescent scam and a pretty obvious one at that. At least from a investigator’s point of view.

In this example the Debbie Ziegelmeyer I know appeared to be a target. Not some vulnerable female who fears for her life, but a women who numerous times runs towards the unknown, rather than running away from it. Instead of panic, this UFO investigator decided to investigate the person making the prediction, rather than the prediction itself.

Only an unprofessional physic with greed in their heart would make such threatening predictions, stick it on their website, and not make an effort to find and personally inform the individual about their future fate. Or… was the real purpose to target a person involved in a very large UFO community just to make money? When the prediction didn’t pan out, it could clearly be said, “A prediction is one of many scenarios, and this particular scenario was changed due to everyone’s awareness in the UFO community.”  Of-course only a real physic would know if that statement would be true.

I believe we are responsible for our own destiny in which many different paths can be taken. For each path we take, there are also many of those to choose from. I’m not saying physics can’t predict the future, I’ve worked with a few which had good results, but no physic is right all the time especially one that appears to thrive off of people’s fears for monetary gain.

Here’s my prediction for Brian Ladd. Because you publicly insinuated the FBI acts illegally not conforming to Federal and State laws choosing to do as they please under a covert blanket of darkness like a terrorist, I predict “The FBI now knows who you are and at their discretion could take legal action against you for making false accusations and slanderous remarks for personal profit.

The following is a letter Debbie Ziegelmeyer sent to MUFON’s Board of Directors.

To all concerned about my safety thank-you.  But, I wish to inform you that the recent dream prediction #5423 by Brian Ladd briansdreams.com is a scam for money.  A “dream sketch” of me and a prediction that I would almost be killed and held by the FBI with no charges for 3 years, no one knowing where I am is posted on this web-site and was forwarded to me via orders@briansdreams.com.  The only way to access this site for further information is to pay $29.95 a year or $4.95 per month to Brian Ladd’s “Brian’s Dreams” web-site or via the free access site, which requires one to purchase a membership or subscription to one of his list of services.  I have to say the sketch likeness of me was pretty good and my name was spelled correctly but so was FBI.  When I called the FBI and directed them to this web-site they were not amused.  Don’t waste your time, money or attention to anyone who can openly make a prediction such as this and then have no conscience or concerns about the individual’s safety without a price tag.

Debbie Ziegelmeyer
Missouri MUFON State Director
MUFON Board of Directors

Disclaimer: The prediction image was taken from Brian Ladd’s website and cannot be copyrighted by him under the Right of Publicity law. This pertains to the general right for a person to control the commercial use of his or her name, likeness, and other aspects of “personal identity”. Since the name Debbie Ziegelmeyer (correct spelling) was noted on the sketch and a reasonable likeness of said Debbie Ziegelmeyer was portrayed, including a date associated with her birthday, no release form was signed by said Debbie Ziegelmeyer for distribution and artist monetary gain.

If Brian Ladd’s website disputes this, then they can post a release form signed by a Debbie Ziegelmeyer pertaining to said sketch image, in which thereafter I will remove said image of the sketch from my blog.
