The 37th Parallel

Standing next to The 37th Parallel book.

On September 15th, 2011, I printed a web site Press Release on my 37 Degree Latitude Theory, because I started to see a pattern of mutilation cases and UFO sightings not only here in Colorado, but in other states as well. I focused on the 37 Degree Latitude, because of its associations with some pretty interesting places and past events occurring along that stretch.

My “37th Degree Theory” encompasses obviously the 37 Degree Latitude, but also dips into the 36 and 38 as well. Consider the 37 latitude to be a center line of a two lane highway with part of 38 and part of 36 being the left and right lanes. Naming it the 37th was just for simplicity rather than saying, “The 37th with some 36 and some 38 too!”

Now I’m not saying that all animal mutilations or UFO encounters only happen on the 37th which would be ridiculous, because we know these events happen everywhere. For example, I’m currently working on a mutilation case that’s sitting near latitude 42, so what I’m saying is; “The 37 latitude or 37th Parallel, is the most important latitude for sightings”, and this is why.

The 37th Parallel or Paranormal Highway name was coined by Science Channel’s, “Unexplained Files season 2”, “Paranormal Highway of America” episode. This was a one hour episode in which the Science Channel gave me an opportunity to test my theory backing it up with data. This “Highway 37” is what I consider one of many traveled UFO-related highways in the US. Just like the current Interstate 40 or 70, or the past Highway 66 or the Transcontinental Lincoln Highway Interstate 80, we too have many routes that we take travelling across this great country; but some routes are more travelled than others. This too is what I see while investigating UFO’s.

There is a current theory, a pretty damn good one that states: “There is an underground tunnel stretching from at least Taos, New Mexico, past Dulce New Mexico, all the way to Area51, in Nevada!” Researchers like, John Lear son of Lear Jet inventor released the Dulce Papers, and John Rhodes, Dulce Base researcher, both confirm this. Other research claims this underground tunnel possibly travels East as well, all the way to Virginia! This all sits on the 37th Parallel!

Now you may say, “What are you smokin’ in Colorado?” Well you know what Coloradans are smoking, and yes it’s legal here, but that’s not what vapors this theory.

What my trigger point or light-bulb moment was; In 2011 while seeing a pattern between my UFO and mutilations cases here in Colorado and comparing them to similar cases in Missouri, Colorado had an earthquake, a very shallow earthquake.

On 08/22/2011, I saw that an earthquake occurred at the Sangre de Cristo Fault, and the coordinates were 37.0412, -104.4726782.

Then within 15 hours another very shallow earthquake occurred, but not in Colorado, but 1600 miles away!

The Virginia earthquake on 08/23/2011, occurred at the Central Virginia Seismic Zone, it’s coordinates were 37.557787, -77.554492.

Two separate faults perpendicular to each other causing two separate shallow earthquakes 1600 miles away from each other. Why?

Colorado earthquake depth, 2.5 miles.

Virginia earthquake depth, 3.7 miles.

Earthquakes occurring at a depth of less than 70 kilometers (43 miles) are classified as “shallow-focus” earthquakes. Both Colorado and Virginia earthquakes were extremely shallow occurring less than 6 kilometers (3.7 miles). Could these two earthquakes which occurred within 15 hours of each other at such a shallow depth be related to each other in a way we’re not aware of? Fracking? Or underground drilling to create underground tunnels? I started looking at what sits on “The 37th Parallel”.

(some examples)

San Jose; California.

Mono Lake, UFO sightings; California.

Area 51; Nevada.

US Naval Undersea Warfare base; Hawthorne, Nevada.

Taos, Home of the “Taos Hum”; New Mexico.

Dulce’ Underground possible human/alien base; New Mexico.

1948 UFO crash; Aztec, New Mexico.

Alamosa, San Luis Valley/Blanca Peak, UFO sightings/base; Colorado.

Trinidad/Westin/San Luis/ cattle mutilations; Colorado.

1897 Leroy, Coffey County cattle mutilation; Kansas.

1896 Howell County, cattle mutilation; Missouri.

1973 Piedmont, UFO case, over 500 sightings; Missouri.

1941 Cape Girardeau UFO crash and retrieval; Missouri.

Joplin Spook Lights; Missouri.

2000 Highland Black Triangle sighting; Illinois.

Fort Knox; Kentucky.

1948 Mantell UFO Encounter; Owensboro, Kentucky.

Late 1980’s Wytheville, Mass UFO Sightings; Virginia.

Greenbrier massive underground bunker for Congress; Virginia.

I then started looking at Native American Spiritual sites, caverns, aquifers, current UFO sightings, and wondered;

“Is there a Transcontinental Underground Highway across the United States, residing on the 37th Parallel?”

Map of The 37th Parallel

Maybe portions of this Transcontinental Highway existed before the Europeans migrated to North American, because the Native Americans speak of Star Travelers, and some spiritual sites like Chaco Canyon and Cahokia Mounds, just dip into this theory. This underground highway would have entrances and exists just like our existing auto highways, which would increase stealth capability when venturing outside the highway. Think of Interstate 40 being completely enclosed with cars just popping out from time to time to visit cities. sounds familiar when investigating UFO’s. A lot of sightings appear to be travelling east to west and visa-versa. Connection to a highway travelling the same route?

Could this previous highway be a current Black Project work-in-progress completion? And is it being shared by foreigners? Foreigners not of this planet?

Well I wrote about this theory, talked about it on TV, and now Ben Mezrich’s book, “The 37th Parallel” explains the steps involved throughout my life which gave me the experience, that drove me to this analysis.

All the information I post on my website, and all the information and experiences written in Ben Mezrich’s book is true. It all happened, some names are changed on my blogs to protect the witnesses, but no names were changed for the book. The book tells it like it is.

When reading “The 37th Parallel” book, keep an open mind, and please don’t shoot the messenger, Ben Mezrich, he’s just writing about my true life events while being a New York Times Best Selling Author. Remember, life is much bigger than most perceive, and only a fool thinks we’re the only intelligent living beings in the Milky Way Galaxy.

UFO related stories have been around throughout Earth’s history, at least 74% of people polled believe intelligent life exists outside this planet, and in 2011, 80 million Americans, or 36% of the population believe UFOs are real! Go get the book… I don’t profit from it or my blogs, it’s just personal satisfaction knowing I can share these events with you, and you can decide for yourself.

Cattle Mutilations; It’s always been about the blood!

Trinidad cattle mutilation

When I was researching 19th Century cattle mutilation cases for my previous Alexander Hamilton blog, I came across an article from 1984 Fate Magazine about a UFO sighting and dead cow case from 1896 in Howell, Missouri. The article stated; The family first watched strange lights slowly descend upon their ranch from the night sky, eventually turning into a solid craft. The craft then hovered over their barn and pasture area where the cows were kept. The family ran into the house extremely frightened, and the youngest daughter exclaimed in the article, “This was the longest night of their lives. “

The next day when checking the herd, three cows were found dead. After the father examined the carcasses, he saw they were completely void of blood. Upon further examination he found puncture wounds on all three. There was no mention in the article the animals had any other type of external damage like we see in today’s mutilations.

Were the puncture marks created to extract all the blood from the animals? An average cow weighing from 900 to 1100 pounds has 4.5 gallons of blood, so roughly over 13 gallons of blood were taken from those animals.

Over the years of my research and personal field investigations of animal mutilations, there’s been one dominating factor in all cases, total lack of blood. The surgical cut wounds found on the animals have been all over the animal’s carcasses, and in some cases, complete destruction of the animal occurred leaving only an attached head, spine, and legs.

calf mutilation

I’ve also noticed most areas of the surgical cuts have been in locations where animal glands are present. Around the mouth, the anal area, the sex organ area, the milk sack area, so one would think, ah ha! The interest is with the glands, which hasn’t been totally ruled out yet.

gland cattle mutilation

But what if it’s all a ruse? A diversionary tactic? Stay with me on this…

Throughout the years most veterinarians who looked at animal mute cases state that the surgical-like cuts could be done by scavengers, some veterinarians disagree, stating the cuts are too precise for animals to do, so it must be human involvement. All the mutilation cases investigated by law enforcement have found no evidence of a predator killing the animal, so they classify these cases as Animal Cruelty which can only be done by humans.

The mystery has always been the death of the animal, contradiction mostly arises in the cuts or lesions. Regardless, animals are being killed and there’s never any evidence to whom is responsible and how they are doing it.

What if?

What if the perpetrator is not interested in animal parts at all, but only the blood?

What if the unusual damage to the animal is a diversionary attempt to throw off the ranchers, veterinarians, and law enforcement?

This is starting to make some sense.

First, the unknown perpetrator picks up the animal from a grazing area, takes it to a second undisclosed location and drains the blood and performs the surgical-like incisions, then brings back the animal near the original area it was taken from. Why?

Why is the animal always brought back? Why not keep the carcass or discard it elsewhere? These are questions I’m always asked. The Alexander Hamilton case had me thinking about this. His case stated animal parts were found 3 miles away in another rancher’s field. That’s not the normal modus operandi of animal mutilations.

The unknown perpetrator could be bringing the animal back for two reasons:

  1. If an animal or animals are missing from the herd, the rancher will search for them. If the rancher can’t find the animals on his property, then the search widens to adjoining properties. If the animals still can’t be found, then the possibility of poaching is a concern, and local law enforcement is summoned. If other nearby ranches also report missing animals, then law enforcement goes into extreme action. Local Law Enforcement will increase their investigations by re-deploying officers in specific areas where animals were lost, they’ll run random stake-outs, and perform multiple follow-ups; In other words, become quite noticeable in the areas of the missing animals. This would be a major concern for the perpetrators considering future mutilations.

If you follow my investigation reports, then you’ll know the same ranchers generally get hit multiple times.

  1. Now if the animal or animals are returned to the general area where they were picked up, and this is always the case, then there would be no missing animals. If the animals were returned with unusual cuts let’s say, trying to mimic scavenger damage, then hopefully the rancher would write off the death as a natural occurrence. Which I learned has been the case for previous animal deaths on ranches after interviewing the ranchers themselves.

Where the perpetrators fail with this tactic.

  1. Some of the unusual cuts and surgical-like incisions on the animal are not similar to natural scavenger damage and way out in left field in some cases and just don’t make sense.
  2. Some animals are dropped or placed from great heights leaving internal skeletal compound fractures which cannot be explained unless the predator or scavenger is a “Fricken” T-Rex! Which leaves a scary unknown; Who is doing this and why?
  3. Some animals are laying in a round ground depression anywhere from 16 to 22 feet in diameter. When the soil is analyzed, the nutrients or the CEC’s were different compared to the test soil sample. The soil is less soluble near the animal then away from it. Also, some mutilation cases unusual ground anomalies have been found nearby.

So, are other types of animals being mutilated as a diversionary tactic to take the focus off of cows? Or are other types of animal’s blood also important to the perpetrator.

Besides cows; horses, dogs, sheep, goats, coyotes and rabbits have been reported in similar mutilated cases. Native Americans also have stories from their ancestors talking about strange deaths seen with wolves and buffalo, so this is not a new phenomenon by any means.

The dominating factor in any mutilation case is always the lack of blood. So what is so important about blood, let’s say cow blood? What could bovine hemoglobin or bovine serum be used for? Here are some examples of what cow blood is being used for:

June 6th, 1989: Bovine serum albumin (BSA) can replace patient serum as a protein source in an in vitro fertilization (IVF) program.
(excerpts from paper) Benadiva CA, Kuczynski-Brown B, Maguire TG, Mastoianni L Jr, Flickinger GL
Alternate protein sources have been suggested to replace the commonly used cord or patient serum for in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures. During an 11-month period 127 patients treated for in vitro fertilization had either their serum (N = 71) or bovine serum albumin (BSA; N = 56) used as the protein source in the insemination and growth media.

It proposes doing so without obtaining the customary informed consent of the patients in advance. The substitute blood, called Hemopure, would be given on the way to the hospital to patients ages 18 to 69 who have lost dangerous amounts of blood.

Doctors have saved the life of a woman car crash victim with the first ever use of cow’s blood. Tamara Coakley’s life was saved after a synthetic blood was created using cow plasma and then transfused into her; Tamara Coakley, 33, rejected a life-saving conventional blood transfusion because of her Jehovah’s Witness faith despite being close to death.

Summary: So Bovine Hemoglobin can definitely be used for humans, and in some cases like mentioned above, maybe without our consent. So who or whom is using animal mutilation blood and what for? Some researchers say Aliens are using it for food and some say for hybrid generation, but the bottom line is; The denominating factor in all mutilation cases is always the lack of blood.

Now we need to learn why, and who’s doing this!

Washington – A blood substitute the military wants to test on civilian trauma victims is urgently needed to save lives on the battlefield in places like Iraq, a Navy official told federal advisers Thursday. The Navy wants to test the product, derived from cow blood, on about 1,100 trauma victims in emergency situations. It proposes doing so without obtaining the customary informed consent of the patients in advance. The substitute blood, called Hemopure, would be given on the way to the hospital to patients ages 18 to 69 who have lost dangerous amounts of blood.

May 4th, 2011: Cow’s blood saves life of crash victim in world’s first procedure.
(excerpts from article) By David Gardner for MailOnLine

UFO Orbs in Formation Over Frederick, Colorado

Reader Submitted Report
12-21-15

Last night over Frederick Colorado my husband and I were driving on I-25 SB when we saw six orange orbs in the sky, They started off in formation with two rows, three in each and they slowly moved out of this formation. One by one they started disappearing as one of the orbs kept going lower and lower until it was the only one left. By the time we were able to get off at an exit to drive around and get our cell phone out it had disappeared. Cool and creepy lol

UFO Hovered Over Neighbor’s Home 7-15-15

A Colorado witness at Commerce City reported watching “two bright red, disc-shaped” UFOs where one of the objects hovered over a neighbor’s house, according to testimony in Case 68220 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The event occurred beginning about 9:15 p.m. on July 15, 2015, when a husband and wife were watching television and the husband decided to step outside to repair a light.

“Something bright red came into view,” the husband said. “I saw it was disc-shaped. I ran into the house to alert my wife of what I was looking at. She got mad at me and came outside, looked up and said it was an airplane from the DIA airport and went back into the house.”

The wife also thought she may have seen nearby fireworks.

“Our house has lots of windows. When my wife yelled at me to come take a look at what she was seeing in the window – what she thought to be fireworks – one of the flying discs was right up close to the house. I saw it really well and joked with the wife and said it was an invasion.”

Then the object hovered closer to home. . . .

Colorado witness says domed-shaped UFO landed

A Colorado witness at Loveland described an “unusual radiant light source” moving above the foothills of the Rocky Mountains that could not be identified, according to testimony in Case 64781 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness was at home shaving in an upstairs bathroom at 9:12 p.m. on March 10, 2015, when he opened a window and “noticed a bright, steady, unchanging, radiant source of white light in close proximity to the tops of the initial foothills” west of his location.

The witness first thought the light was positioned on a light pole and later thought it might be automobile headlights.

“I was suddenly moderately surprised and shocked to observe the traveling object seemingly to stop its movement and execute a rapid drop in apparent altitude of seemingly a few hundred feet, before apparently being able to arrest the plunge in the altitude and coming to a stop briefly,” the witness stated.

The light on the object seemed to change from a steady glow to random flickering.

“After the brief arrestment of the altitude plunge, the object then began to haltingly ascend back in altitude, until it was again back at its seemingly original altitude, where it again stopped movement briefly.”

The witness now realized the light could not be an automobile and decided to continue to watch it.

“After the brief stop, upon the regaining of its former altitude, the object then began the same, slow, traveling speed, although now on a generally northern trajectory. While the object was performing the flickering aspect of its light radiance, reduced glare intensity from the object was occasionally low enough to pick out more detained features of the object generating the light radiance.”

The witness described the object.

“Object appeared to be a structured construct, of a roughly raised-dome shape, with the white light radiating from the domed area, and from what appeared to be a series of rectangular panels spaced around the circumference of the object’s lower one-third area.”

The object seemed to be repeating its actions.

“After slowly traveling back to the general north for a short distance, near where the object was originally noticed, the object was observed to repeat a virtually identical rapid drop in its altitude and seemingly struggle to get such halted and original altitude level re-established, and stopping briefly, yet again.”

The object eventually appeared to land. Loveland is located about 15 miles directly south of Fort Collins. (Credit: Google)

The witness thought that the object might be experiencing problems.

“Object appeared to be suffering performance difficulties involving its altitude maintenance, and after the brief stop in movement upon regaining its former altitude the second time, the object was observed to again resume a generally southward trajectory, until it appeared to land upon the top of the nearest hill along the newest trajectory. The object then appeared to just sit there on the hilltop, with its light radiance still in the random flickering nature, for about 1-2 minutes before I decided to relocate myself to the residence’s rear yard deck area, to see if I could improve observational abilities by being outdoors, with the wall clock glanced at showing then 9:16 p.m.”

The witness then went back inside and observed the object from the bathroom window.

“While observing upon the rear yard deck, I detected the approach of a conventional, small passenger aircraft in my side vision field to my right (north), by its engine sounds and safety lighting, and recalling having read about such objects displaying reactions to approaching aircraft, I began to observe the object intently, with just the barest of glances at the approaching aircraft, to keep track of its general position in relation to the landed object.”

The UFO seemed to react to the conventional aircraft.

“The conventional aircraft was on a generally north-to-south trajectory, traveling in between my location and the object, with what appeared as closer proximity to the objects area, than my own, and was traveling at an altitude of approximately 2,500-3,000 feet. When the conventional aircraft approached into the area to the northeast of the object, I observed the intensity of the flickering glow from the object seemingly stop the flickering activity, and assumed a steady glow again, as it seemingly reduced the power output into the glow function, drastically reducing the glow intensity down to just barely existent at all, to the level that if I had not had the object under direct observation at the moment, then I would have had high difficulty even noticing such a weak light source if casually eye-scanning across the general area of the landed object. The object was observed to maintain the extremely weak light glow throughout the area of passage of the conventional aircraft, until the aircraft had progressed to a point to the southeast of the object’s location, whereupon the object then seeming powered back up to its former flickering light radiance & intensities.”

The witness then said the object appeared to land.

“Observed the object landed on the hilltop for a few more minutes. After about one minute of observation, the object appeared to slowly take off and start ascending into the air once more, and then suddenly began a seemingly unstable, erratic set of movements, giving the appearance of the object not only still having altitude maintenance control difficulties, but now directional and attitude control issues. Object seemed to take several seconds to get the erratic movements stabilized enough to bring the object to a stop once more, before then very slowly moving off deeper into the foothills area on a northwestward trajectory, while seemingly increasing its altitude slightly, until it was able to apparently land on another hilltop.”

The witness continued to watch the object.

“Object remained on the second hilltop for another couple of minutes under my observation before I glanced at the room’s wall clock at 9:36 p.m. At 9:37 p.m., glanced at clock again, before observing the object still sitting atop of the distant hill for two minutes – 9:39 p.m.”

The witness looked away for a few minutes while shaving and when he looked back, the object was gone.

University of Colorado Publishes Repository of Government UFO Reports

That’s the title of this short piece over at Top Secret Writers by Gabrielle Pickard. She writes:

The repository covers a range of US Government sources and reports from the Central Intelligence Agency, the Department of Defense, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the National Archives and the National Security Agency.

The UFO repository also includes international sources from the Ministry of Defence in the UK and the National Archives UFO Files, which are a collection of British government reports from 1981 to 1996.

There is also a handful of nongovernmental sources, including the Project Blue Book, a footnote database of the digitized material from the Project Blue Book and the NTIS CU, a database of UFO-related reports held by the Information Library.

The non-government sources also include the Declassified Documents Reference System CU, a database of declassified federal documents which contain full-text access to report on sightings and government investigations on UFOs.

The University of Colorado will forever be associated with UFOs because of the Condon Report of 1968, named after physics professor Edward Condon. The report was the product of the Condon Committee, a UFO research project funded by the U. S. Air Force from 1966-1968. Condon achieved infamy in ufology for opining that the study of UFOs wouldn’t produce any major scientific discoveries before the study even began.

The Condon Report was subsequently analyzed by serious UFO researchers. For example, in 1987 Dr. Peter Sturrock, for many years a professor of applied physics at the Center for Space Science and Astrophysics at Stanford, wrote a 26-page review of the report in the Journal of Scientific Exploration. Sturrock pointed out a number of problems and inconsistencies in the report.
