Something is melting out of the Antarctic Ice Sheet

An enormous structure hidden under the ice sheet of Antarctica has become visible possible due to climate changes.

The structure is 300 meters long, width measures between 30 – 50 meters and walls of 10 meters high.

Image above shows a part of the structure enlarged.
Even though I do not know what it is, it looks artificial; maybe an old base or an ancient settlement built a long time ago when Antarctica was not yet a frozen contingent or could it be something else?

If you take a closer look you see that it is not something natural or a crack in the ice sheet. Here are the coordinates: 69°53’42.03″S 8°42’22.02″E

Massive Ancient Underwater Caves Reveal Ancient Mayan Relics

Archaeologists who have been exploring the world’s largest underwater cave, recently discovered in Mexico, presented their findings Monday, including fossils of giant sloths and an elaborate shrine to the Mayan god of commerce, reports phys.org.

Researchers discovered last month that two large networks of underwater caves in Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula, the cave system known as Sac Actun, once measured at 263 km (163 miles), and in fact connected with the 83 km- (52 km-) Dos Ojos system forming the largest such structure on Earth.

Diving with SCUBA gear, they have been exploring the ancient relics left in the caves over the millennia, in a project sponsored by Mexico’s National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH).

Researchers believe the water level in the caves has fluctuated over time, and that they were a source of water in times of severe drought, a sometimes perilous one.

Some of the animals and humans who ventured inside never made it out alive. Today, their remains are a treasure trove for scientists, enabling them to piece together bits of the cave’s history dating all the way back to the Pleistocene epoch (2.6 million to 11,700 years ago).

The animal remains include gomphotheres, an extinct elephant-like animal, as well as giant sloths and bears.

Then there are the artifacts left inside by humans: burnt human bones, ceramics, wall etchings and more. Many others of the hundreds of sink-holes that connect to the cave have elaborate signs of ritual activity around them.

The ancient Mayans viewed caves, and especially ones that led to water, as extremely sacred places.

Mayan ‘Megalopolis’ With 60,000 Structures Discovered in Guatemalan Jungle

Laser scans reveal Maya “Megalopolis” below Guatemalan Jungle. Laser technology known as LiDAR digitally removes the forest canopy to reveal ancient ruins below, showing that Maya cities such as Tikal were much larger than ground-based research had suggested.

In what’s being hailed as a “major breakthrough” in Maya archaeology, researchers have identified the ruins of more than 60,000 houses, palaces, elevated highways, defensive walls, ramparts, terraces, fortresses and other human-made features that have been hidden for centuries under the jungles of northern Guatemala.

Complex irrigation and terracing systems supported intensive agriculture capable of feeding masses of workers who dramatically reshaped the landscape.

At its peak in the Maya classic period (approximately A.D. 250–900), the civilization covered an area about twice the size of medieval England, but it was far more densely populated.

Ancient Egyptians tell us they superseded an Earlier Kingdom

How over the ages have we managed to class History as Mythology you have to wonder, is it simply because the Powers that were at Play on this Earth thousands of years ago did not fit our understanding in relatively modern times?

By calculating the decrypted information obtained from the Papyrus of Turin, we obtain the initial period, referred to as the kingdom of Ptah, creator and first ruler of ancient Egypt, dating back 39,000 years!

The Egyptian historical texts are not the only one to record extremely long life and kingdom reigns and just as the Sumerians state that they did not develop their knowledge, but that it was given to them.

Just as the Incans told the Conquistadors “We did not build this. It was here long before us.”

Why is it that humans don’t know their true origins and why all the things they have discovered in Egypt and everywhere else have been kept away from us?

Because it would change every aspect of life here!

Linda Moulton Howe: NASA’s interest in the 7000-year-old Petroglyphs discovered in Northern Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan is the ninth largest country in the world, larger than Western Europe, and extends from the Caspian Sea on the west to Mongolia on the east; from Russia in the north to Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and China in the south.

Kazakhstan was the second largest republic in Russia until the 1991 collapse of the U.S.S.R. Kazakhstan has been inhabited for a long time and it is thought those people were the first humans to domesticate and ride horses.

In fact, the name, Kazakhstan, is from an ancient Turkic word that meant “independent, a free spirit.”

Now in 2015, NASA has taken interest in photographing from the International Space Station unusual and very large geoglyphs discovered in the southern Kostanay region and Turgay steppes of northern Kazakhstan.

More and more of the unique and mysterious geoglyphs keep being discovered and the number is now over 200. Their ages are between 3,000 and 7000 years or older and they can only be viewed from high in the air.

In the eleven-minute interview Linda Moulton Howe talks about the amazing discovery and NASA’s interest in these ancient petroglyphs.

Explore the ancient caves and labyrinths under Chichén Itzá, Mexico

Chichén Itzá is a complex of Mayan ruins on Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. A massive step pyramid, known as El Castillo or Temple of Kukulcan, dominates the ancient city, which thrived from around 600 A.D. to the 1200s.

The mysteries of the Mayan “Snake God” could be revealed after scientists discovered a secret passage that would lead to an underground cave in the Kukulcan Temple, the name by which the Mayan deity is known as a feathered serpent, reports El Universal.

Unlike the European cosmogony that places deities in paradise; Mayan spirituality believed that the divine was in the underworld: that is why formations like caves and cenotes were so scared, because they were a means of access to the interior of the earth, according to the California State University scholar, James Brady.

The Ancient Padmanabhaswamy Mysterious Sealed Temple Door That No One Can Open

The mysterious Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple in India is known to be the richest temple in the world as it is covered in gold and billions of dollars in treasure have been found in several vaults but there is one mystery that makes it stand out from the rest and that is a mysterious sealed temple door that no one can open.

This mysterious door of the ancient Padmanabhaswamy temple is protected by two massive cobras painted on it and has no bolts, latches or any other means of entry.

It is said to house unimaginable wealth, and can only be entered by a high level ‘Sadhus’ familiar with the knowledge of chanting a ‘Garuda Mantra’.

It is believed that the door was sealed shut by sound waves from a secret chant lost in time. Hindu priests say that at present, there is no human capable of opening this door by executing these chants.

Secret chamber found in the Great Pyramid of Giza (Video)

A long-hidden narrow cavity in the Great Pyramid of Giza has been found by scientists in a discovery that could finally reveal the secrets of the 4,500-year-old monument.

Location of the cavity, see the white dots in the above image.

Described as a ‘deep void’, it is at least about 100 feet long and up to 230 feet above ground, running over the Grand Gallery, an ascending corridor that links the Queen’s chamber to the King’s in the heart of the pyramid, reports Dailymail in their in-depth article on this discovery.

It is not known why the void exists or if there are any valuable artifacts inside as it is not obviously accessible. More research will be conducted to reveal the secrets of this cavity which is so big, it’s like a plane with 200 seats in the heart of the pyramid, explains AFP Medhi Tayoubi, co-director of the project ScanPyramids at the origin of the discovery.

See below the interesting video of ScanPyramids using advanced non-invasive technologies which allow them to see through stone walls to discover any voids or internal unknown structures.

Ancient Babylonian Tablet Proves the Tower of Babel was REAL

The Tower of Babel is a Near Eastern etiological myth that is recorded in the Jewish Tanakh’s first book (Genesis); it is meant to explain the origin of different languages.

Despite the account in Genesis makes no mention of any destruction of the tower, it said that the top of the tower was burnt, the bottom was swallowed, and the middle was left standing to erode over time.

Amazing discovery of an ancient tablet confirms the Tower of Babel was real.

An ancient tablet which was discovered over a century ago and dates back to the sixth century BC remained in the private collection of Norwegian businessman Martin Schøyen for years.

Only recently the tablet has been studied by Dr. Andrew George of the University of London who noted that the stone bears an image seemingly depicting the biblical tower and it describes the building process and the man behind it: Mesopotamia’s most famous ruler, King Nebuchadnezzar II.

Besides the first-ever image of the real Tower of Babel is depicted on the tablet it proves that the tower of Babel is not a myth but it really existed.

Ancient Stone Pillars confirm date of Comet Strike that changed Human History

A team of researchers with the University of Edinburgh has found what they describe as evidence of a comet striking the Earth at approximately the same time as the onset of the Younger Dryas in carvings on an ancient stone pillar in southern Turkey.

The group has published their findings in the journal Mediterranean Archaeology and Archaeometry.

Prior evidence based on ice cores taken from Greenland has suggested that a strike by a comet may have led to the onset of the Younger Dryas—a period of Earth cooling that lasted for approximately 1000 years.

Other evidence also suggests that the cooling period caused groups of people to band together to cultivate crops, leading to the development of agriculture, which in turn led to huge leaps in technological innovations and societal developments, i.e. Neolithic civilization. In this new effort, the researchers describe evidence they found on a stone pillar at Gobekli Tepe (the oldest known temple site) that aligns with the ice core findings—that a comet struck the Earth in approximately 10,950BC.
