Ancient Stone Box ‘Coffin’ found on Mars

A strange box-shaped object found by WhatsUpInTheSky37 in the latest images of the Mars Curiosity rover can be added to the long list of curious objects found on the surface of Mars.

WhatsUpInTheSky37: “Sure would love to know what’s buried in that coffin.”

This little box sure does look like a modern coffin concrete liner. As well as the stonework on the back part of the hill that looks like stairs or some left over stonework from some old civilizations constructions.

It is incomprehensible that NASA takes no action to examine the stone box. Like what Scott Waring says: “What would it take to get NASA to turn the rover around and examine the contents of this box?”

  1. LOL…seriously? Do you even know what the scale is? What makes you think it’s an artifact of an intelligent species? There are trillions of rocks and thousands resemble something to you or someone else. Look know further than the “Face on Mars” and see how that turned out. And you want NASA to retask a rover to go investigate some pareidolia? That’s beyond stupid. They are conducting important work. They don’t have time to drive a rover a thousand miles to look at something that is surely natural.
